This is a lovely pub with the most friendliest and welcoming atmosphere. Pete has turned this pub around massively, such a difference from what it used to be and is so much better, he is genuine person who endeavours to make your visit to the pub a special one and gives you a reason to return. Amazing food, very clean environment and a nice roasting open fire to keep you cosy on the cold days 😊. 100% highly recommend this pub!

Visited this pub whilst visiting family in Neston. Nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. Staff provided a friendly and efficient service with good attention to detail. There was a quiz night the first night of arrival, which was hosted by the landlord Pete and was brilliant. Lots of laughs and a great atmosphere!

Started going here a couple of weeks ago for lunch and really love it. The small lunch menu is fantastic value for money and tastes great. The tapas choices are also really great. The service was quick and the staff were really friendly. There’s a nice outdoor area and indoors theres lots of cosy corners. Well worth a visit and… it has lots of history.
